Billy Blanks Boot Camp Elite Challenges Physical Limits

It focuses on working the biceps, triceps, and the shoulders with body twists and punches interspersed into the workout to produce the best results. Additionally, the workout goes on to involve the lower body, with kicks and other lower body movements to assure that the entire body is being sculpted into a lean package.
