A woman might buy a Burqini for better sun protection, to hide weight, cellulite or scars, or simply as an alternative to skimpier beach attire. Click to visit our site modesty swimsuits

All Burqini™ full cover swimsuits have ties on the inside and on the tops that tie to loops on the trousers to prevent the tops floating while in the water. Burqini™ modest swimwear has quality design heat press prints on the chest area, which further detract from your body shape, ensuring your modesty at all times.

The Ahiida ® Burqini modest swimwear is made in Australia and is made of:

Hiqh Quality 100% Polyester
50 + UV protected
Chlorine Resistant
Water resistant

The Burqini has a protection factor of 50. This means that 97.5% of the harmful ultraviolet radiation is blocked in and out of the water.

The most conservative of them all. The Loose /fit style will be appreciated by any woman that loves the water but does not need to swim the laps. The Modest-Fit comes in 2 pieces... extra long top, length closer to knee area ( depending on your height), which has attached (not removable) Hijood and boot leg pant.

Is this value for money? Don't forget - these are the ORIGINAL Ahiida Hijood Burqinis from Australia! The price reflects the quality and designer nature. Think about people whose hobby is snorkelling, or diving or surfing, or any other watersports for that matter. They have to buy a wetsuit. Some designer wetsuits cost over £100. These are considered an investment. Just think about it like this, if you are thinking about going swimming using your new Burqini modest swimming costume every week, the cost is less than £1.59 per week. How much do ladies normally spend on skimpier designs (burqini vs bikini!), with maybe 1 tenth of the fabric? Who gets better value for money. We got it covered!

What makes the Ahiida Swimwear range better than competing brands? Comparing testimonials, customers say that they particularly appreciate the front chest logo / panels to further detract from the body shape. The Hijood hood of course is another amazing feature which is unique to the Ahiida Hijood Burqini, seeing as other brands come without the cap/hood leaving you to find a swimming cap and regular cloth scarf for further coverage of the head and hair.
Ahiida's Burqini swimsuit and Hijood (Hijab swimwear) are Registered Trademarks.

Having a new swimming pool is definitely great, and makes a good addition to a home. If you decide to choose an indoor heated swimming pool or a fantastic outdoor pool complete with diving board, natural landscape, slides or other water features, the addition of swimming pool will provide you and your family with hours of fun and enjoyment, exercise, relaxation and entertainment in the comfort of your own home. The choice of whether to build an indoor heated swimming pool as part of the house or have an outdoor pool in your backyard, depends on a variety of factors. These factors include things such as your budget, lifestyle, the climate and many other factors.

How Will You Use Your Pool?

If you live in an area where the weather can stay warm well into the middle of autumn, an outdoor swimming pool may be the best choice. You'll get five to seven months of enjoyment from your pool, and you won't have to worry about the expense and maintenance concerns that go along with the installation of an indoor heated swimming pool. However, if you live in one of the cooler regions of the country, an indoor heated swimming pool can prove well worth the extra expense. It can offer you a place to unwind or engage in vigorous, low-impact exercise, even if there's a foot or two of snow on the ground! Also, an indoor heated swimming pool can make a lot of sense for persons who, because of health reasons or age, may desire an increased measure of security or privacy in connection with a daily exercise or therapeutic regimen.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pools: Some Special Considerations

If you are considering the addition of an indoor heated swimming pool to your home, you will want to be aware, not only of the costs associated with installing the actual pool and its associated equipment, but also the expense necessary to insure the long term structural soundness and hygienic characteristics of your enclosure. Gathering and holding a large volume of water in an enclosed space guarantees elevated humidity levels, so you'll want to be sure you know about and understand the various options for dehumidification of your indoor heated swimming pool space. Too much humidity leads to mold, mildew, and rot. Also, the diffusion of evaporated chlorine into the humidified air can create not only health problems, but degradation of structural materials, as well. So, make sure an adequate climate control system is part of your plan for your indoor heated swimming pool.

Olympic Swimming

Swimming has long been a favorite of the summer Olympic games. There are great stories about the swimmers and their hard bodies gliding through the water is tough not to watch. The Olympic swimmers train for years to get to the Olympic games and there is no doubt that they are all very tough competitors and tremendous athletes. People who strive to be Olympic swimmers dedicate their entire lives to swimming and put hours and hours of work into the sport every day.

In Olympic Swimming there are four main competitive strokes that are used: Freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke. Each swimmer in the Olympic games must either choose a single stroke to qualify and compete with or they can also choose to qualify and compete in the medley, which is a combination of all four.

The races are determined by who swims the set length the fastest. Each stroke has different length races that the competitors can compete in. usually the swimmers excel in one length or another. For instance a freestyle swimmer can be exceptional at the 200 meter freestyle race, but not as good at a 800 meter freestyle race. It all depends on the individual athlete.

In addition to freestyle competition in Olympic Swimming, there is also team, or relay Olympic swimming events. The way that relay races work is much like a relay race on a track. One swimmer starts the race and then another takes the second leg and another takes the third leg and so on. The medleys are great to watch during Olympic swimming because many times you get to watch athletes who swim against each other work as a team, all swimming to win a medal for their country.

If you are in to water sports and good competition, tune into Olympic swimming during the next summer Olympics. You?ll be blown away by these athlete?s strength and endurance, competing in a sport that they have been practicing for most of their lives.

Swimming

Is there really anything better in life than cooling off on a hot day by going swimming? Whether you choose to swim in a pool, watering hole or ocean, there are very few things in life that are that refreshing when you just can?t take the heat any longer. Most people are recreational swimmers and if you?re like myself, I consider bobbing around in the shallow end swimming. As long as I?m in a nice cool pool and I have sunshine on my face, I?m swimming.

Other people are into the workout aspect of swimming. Whether they swim 5 miles every day at the gym or do a few laps in their pool before work, these swimmers are dedicated and usually have had a few lessons. People who swim for sport, have a series of different strokes that they may use, or they have a favorite, like the freestyle, that they use everyday.

No matter how you look at it, people like to swim. There are parks dedicated to being in the water and the swimming competitions are a favorite for viewers all over the world during the Olympics. Most schools have swim teams and most parents put their children in swimming lessons early in life. Some even take their newborns to the classes, just to get a head start.

But like I said, my favorite kind of swimming is the one done on hot days where the only relief to the heat is to take a dip. The kind of swimming that we did as kids at pool parties or at the beach on the weekends. Some people are afraid of the water, and that is usually correlated with the lack of swimming lessons at an early age. But for those of us who can?t wait to jump in and cross off the days on our calendars until the warm weather comes and the pools open up, there is nothing better than going swimming.

Swimming Lessons

Any parent knows that one of the best things that their child can learn is how to swim. Not only is swimming fun and a great source of recreation, it can also save their child?s life. There are very few people in the world who do not find themselves around a body of water at some point, and the ability to swim can mean the difference of complete fear of the water and inability to help themselves if they fall in or someone who can enjoy a swim and knows what to do in the case that they do fall into the deep end.

Swimming Lessons are available almost anywhere. Many city recreational classes offer swimming lessons for all ages, starting from infants and going up to adults. There are levels of swimming lessons and each one is to teach a different component of swimming. The beginner lessons let the student get used to being in the water. The students learn how to float and how to push themselves around in the water by kicking their legs or paddling their arms. Once the student is comfortable in the water, they can advance to the intermediate level of swimming lessons.

Intermediate swimming lessons are designed to build upon the beginner lessons. In intermediate lessons the swimmer will learn how to engage their arms and legs together to propel them through the water. They may start with a freestyle stroke or just a ?doggie paddle? to get started and then have quick introductions to other swimming styles. The intermediate lessons will also include jumping from the wall or diving board. Learning how to dive is usually the scariest part of learning to swim, but the instructors are there to help the students every inch of the way.

Advanced swimming lessons are for those swimmers who want to really work on their swimming skills. In advanced swimming lessons the students are taught how to do each of the different swimming strokes properly. The breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly stroke are all introduced at the advanced swim lesson level. Depending on the classes available, the advanced class may also include more lessons on different dives like the ones we see at the Olympics.

If you have never taken swimming lessons and want to, do it. You?ll be happy that you have one more skill under your belt. And if you are a parent looking for the perfect recreational hobby for your child, swimming lessons are a great idea. Not only are they great because they are fun, but you will also be giving your child the gift of confidence and safety when it comes to being around water.

Swimming Pools

Swimming pools date back to historical times as places that we humans have used to cool ourselves off on a hot day. Today there are swimming pools everywhere; in your backyard, at the local park, at the country club and even at the gym. Swimming pools have come a long way since the swimming pools of our ancestors, but the purpose is the same- to cool off and have fun.

There are swimming pools for everyone. There are large 50-meter long pools that are used for competition and in high school gym class. And there are also 3ft swimming pools that fit great in the backyard and fill up for swimming in about 10 minutes. With the popularity of the swimming pool, manufactures have made sure that everyone can have one.

Backyard swimming pools come in two main varieties, in-ground and above ground. Both have their strengths and weaknesses, but any way you look at it, having a pool in your backyard can be quite fun. Although some people would rather skip the maintenance of owning their own pool, and use the pool at the gym or gather everything together to drive to the local public pool, there really is something to be said about the luxury and convenience of having your own, private pool.

In ground pools are great because they are more accessible and can be included right into the landscaping of your backyard. In ground pools are often more expensive than above ground pools because they tend to be larger and they house all of that underground plumbing, but they do look nicer and offer more alternatives for designing your back yard.

Above ground pools are also nice because they aren?t quite as permanent as an in ground pool, and since there is no underground plumbing necessary for the pool, they are usually less expensive to maintain while offering all of the same cooling and recreational benefits of the in ground version. If you want to be able to lay out poolside, build a deck around your above ground swimming pool or consider building it right into your deck.

Whichever swimming pool you decide to purchase for your home, keep in mind that they do take tending to, so get one that you will have time to care for and don?t forget to use it as often as possible!

Swimming Suits

There are so many great swimming suits for men available today. If you?re not sure which is for you, check out all of the different styles and then take the plunge!

Board Shorts ? Board Shorts are long, baggy shorts that are popular today among men looking to play in the water. These shorts are inspired by surfers all over the world and offer great comfort and movement. The name ?Board Shorts? is obviously an homage to the sport that conceived the board short and the guys riding surf boards can?t get enough board shorts. The shorts are usually just above knee length and have a lot of extra room in the leg. Jammers often come with fun, funky designs with flowers and bright colors.

Speedo - The most popular and most obvious choice in men?s competitive swimwear is the speedo. The speedo is named for the largest brand that distributes these small uniforms, Speedo. Speedo swimming suits are a very small and are cut like a brief. Since the speedos are so skimpy, there is less extra material that could possibly slow down a swimmer. In competitions that are measured by hundredths of seconds, everything counts. The speedos are skin tight and have been revered the world over, from old men on the shores of the Mediterranian to the Olympic swim teams, speedos are the suit of choice in competitive swimming.

Jammers ? Jammers are another type of swimsuit found in the world of competitive swimming. Jammers help competitors gain speed advantages. The nylon and lycra spandex blend in Jammers are designed to help reduce water resistance. They cover much more area than the Speedo, but when it comes to the least amount of water resistance, Jammers are king.

These are not the only choice of swimming suits available for men, but they are certainly the most popular. In today?s world of boating, the boardshort is king. There was a time that Speedos, or something extremely similar was the look of choice for men looking to take a dip to cool off. But like the shorts in the NBA, the shorts at the beach have gotten longer and baggier.

So whether you?re into competitive swimming and opt for the jammers, looking to show off that body you?ve been working on and slink into a pair of speedos or you?re just looking to hang out around the pool and relax in a comfortable pair of boardshorts, make sure they fit (there?s nothing worse than a speedo that?s too tight, or boardshorts that won?t stay up.) and have a great time at the water.
